◆Please check that all rental equipment (grilling rack, grill rack, iron plate, tongs) and tool set (3kg of charcoal, fire tongs, fire starter) are complete before use, and if there are any issues, please let us know before use.
◆The equipment and tools are for everyone to use.Please clean it after use and return it.
◆Please refrain from taking rental items outside the venue.
◆We cannot be held responsible for any accidents that occur while using rental equipment, so please use with caution.
◆To ensure safety, rental equipment is generally only available to the individual using it.(Unauthorized subleasing, transfer, modification, and illegal use are prohibited.)
◆If damage is deemed to have been caused intentionally or through rough handling, you may be required to pay for the rental equipment.(Actual cost burden)

- 【Regarding specific business days】
During Golden Week, Obon holidays, fireworks displays, etc., gazebo and lawn plots are 11,000 yen for up to 6 people, with an additional 660 yen for each additional person.
*Both sections are free for young children.
【Cancellations on regular business days】
Free cancellation from Monday to Friday up until 12:00 the day before.
Free cancellation on Saturdays and Sundays up until 12:00 two days prior.
【Changes and cancellations for specific business days】
For both course, we accept reservations up to 4 days before the course.
Changes cannot be made after 12:00 four days prior to the reservation date.
Please note that if you cancel after 12:00 noon four days prior to your reservation, you will be charged 100% of the reservation fee.

It's a 4 hour system.

*There is free parking for 2 cars per lot (1 building).One car is free during the summer.

■Changes and cancellations
- Cancellations and changes regarding ingredients must be made by 12:00 three days prior to the event.
Please note that for cancellations after this date, 100% of the course fee will be charged.
Drinks are not included, so please bring your own, or we can provide a separate quote upon request.

Of course, you can also use the facilities within the house, including baths, toilets, and a cafe.

【Campsite Terms of Use】
《Prohibitions》
- ◆Please refrain from bringing in dangerous items such as gas cylinders.(Small portable stoves are acceptable.)
◆Open fires (please use a fire pit and fireproof sheet))
◆Any behavior that causes inconvenience to other customers
・loud music(Noisy behavior)
・Use of drones, generators, etc.
・Off-site access
・Occupying shared space
・Nighttime entry and exit(After lights out at 11:00 PM, no entry is permitted except in emergencies.)
・Idling in a parking lot
If you cause any other nuisance behavior or do not follow the instructions of staff, you will be forced to leave the venue.
Please understand that in this case we will not be able to refund the fee.
《Handling of garbage》
- Please separate your burnable trash, non-burnable trash, and plastic bottles and bring them to the designated trash area for disposal.
Garbage bags are sold at the front desk for 100 yen each, so please purchase them if you do not bring your own.
《Regarding pets》
- Pets are allowed only at the campsite.
Pets are not permitted inside the facility.
《Cancellation Fee》
- Please note that cancellation fees will be charged depending on the number of days as follows:
Cancellation up to 2 days in advance... 0%
Cancellations up until 15:00 one day before... 50%
After 15:00 one day before,Cancellation on the day... 100%
Cancellation without notice... 100%
*Online cancellations must be made by 3:00 PM one day prior to your reservation.
Any cancellations after this date must be made by contacting the campsite directly.
*If we determine that the campsite is unsafe due to weather conditions or other reasons, we may close the campsite.
*There will be no cancellation fee in the following cases:
・If the Japan Meteorological Agency announces that the campsite is within a typhoon storm warning area.
・If a weather warning is issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency for the relevant area on the day of your stay.
・When a weather warning is issued before the date of use and it is determined that the situation will not improve by the date of use.
